Tuesday, August 22, 2017

A 31-YEAR-OLD woman was caught in a drug bust by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Central Visayas in Purok 5, Manga District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, at 2:35 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22.

Arrested was Ma. Adela Badayos, 31, listed as one of the target of PDEA-Central Visayas.

Cash remittance and bank deposit receipts showed that Badayos sent P560,000 to her possible supplier.

Operatives confiscated eight grams of white crystals believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu," from Badayos.

Badayos will be charged for violating of Sections 5 (selling of dangerous drugs) and 11 (possession of illegal drugs) of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Last Monday morning, police caught Paul Ian Baliog, 26, and Renz Botero, 29.

Seized from them were 20 grams of “shabu” worth P100,000. (KAL)
