A 21-YEAR-OLD resident of Alaska-Mambaling, Cebu City was caught in a drug bust at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, in Barangay Liong, Dumanjug, Cebu.

Rizaldo Condiman Baliguat yielded five hand-rolled cigarettes believed to contain dried marijuana leaves to the operatives led by Senior Inspector Gilfred Baroman, the town police chief.

The marked bill of P100 used in the drug bust was recovered from his possession.

The law sets no bail for any person caught for selling any illegal drug.

Planting, selling and recreational use of marijuana are prohibited under RA 9165. (KAL)
