A BOY, 3, landed in the hospital after he was hit by a stray bullet fired by an alleged hitman of suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa in Barangay Carreta, Cebu City last Tuesday night.

The target of suspect Fernando Ruflo was Neil Manatad, whom he suspected of having an affair with his girlfriend.

Manatad suffered a graze wound in the face.

He was drinking beer when he was attacked.

The boy, Richmond Dorimon, suffered a wound in his foot.

He was sleeping with his parents when he was hit.

Ruflo, who escaped arrest, was recently released from the National Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City. (KAL)
