315 stalks of 'marijuana' uprooted in Cebu village

THE City Public Safety Company (CPSC) of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) discovered a marijuana plantation and uprooted 315 stalks on Thursday morning, October 5, in Sitio Hagimit, Adlaon Village.

Village officials reported the presence of the marijuana plantation to the city police who responded and found in an area planted with marijuana.

The police uprooted 170 fully-grown marijuana stalks and 145 stalks of young plants with a total of 315 stalks.

The plants were brought to CPSC detachment in Pung-ol, Sibugay. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
