Sunday, November 19, 2017

A MAN survived after he was allegedly stabbed by his nephew over a land feud in Sitio BSJCO, Barangay T. Padilla, Cebu City last Friday.

Pedrito Capuyan, 43, was drinking liquor with his friends when his nephew, Rodulfo Sanchez Jr., 36, approached him.

According to an investigation by the Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office, Sanchez confronted Capuyan of their right on the land they were occupying that led into a fistfight.

Sanchez, armed with a knife, stabbed the victim on the back and on the neck. (JOB)
