SEVEN persons were caught in separate anti-illegal drug operations in the cities of Cebu, Toledo and Carcar in the past two days.
Past 12 a.m. yesterday, three persons were caught outside a hotel on Andres Abellana St. in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City.

Supt. Artemio Ricabo, Cebu City police deputy director for administration, said the operation was the first big haul for this year. He said they are still investigating the suspects to determine their suppliers.
