WHILE the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) 7 is investigating the death of shopper Mario Alfie Ducayag, a woman surfaced yesterday and claimed that her husband also died after he was mauled by the Metro Gaisano Colon’s security personnel.
Raisa Belciña said her husband Daniel, 49, died in a public hospital three days after he was allegedly caught stealing a set of underwear on May 6 last year.

AN ENVIRONMENTAL Management Bureau (EMB) 7 inspector has recommended issuing a notice of violation to the Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort and Spa in Lapu-Lapu City in relation to its environmental compliance certificate (ECC).
Imperial Palace, in a statement, said it has informed the agency of the changes and that it has received the EMB 7’s letter that contains advice on the revisions.
