Oakridge Realty enhances business park

OAKRIDGE Realty Development Corp., a Cebu-based property development and leasing company, held a ceremonial groundbreaking event last Feb. 26 to officially commence the enhancement projects of its Oakridge Business Park.

Its newest addition, the Oak Tree Drive, is a commercial complex situated at the entrance of the business park.

Oakridge Realty chief executive officer Edmun Liu said that the Oak Tree Drive will be built to complement the business park–provide more dining choices for the park tenants and to the communities surrounding the park.

Located along A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, Oakridge Business Park is a three-hectare property, which currently has approximately 18,000 square meters in leasable space, including a 7,500 square meter PEZA-registered Oakridge I.T. Center building.

The park, following the concept of green architecture, is set among manicured lawn gardens with integrated road networks, Wi-Fi access, 24-hour security and adequate back-up power generation capability.

Having an occupancy rate of roughly 90 percent, the Oakridge Business Park is currently home to more than 20 different business establishments engaged in various industries.

In the years ahead, the Oakridge Business Park aims to continue upgrading and enhancingits facilities, maintaining its open, environmentally-friendly, park ambience while providing useful and efficient service to meet the ever-changing needs of the markets it serves.
