PIER One, Manila’s number one restobar, is opening its biggest branch at Parkmall.
The two-level restaurant with an al fresco roof deck has a 600-person comfortable seating capacity.
The branch offers signature Pier One bestsellers like crispy pata, lechon sisig, grilled swordfish, sizzling bangus belly and prawn tempura.
“We can guarantee that our dishes are fresh and mouth-watering,” said Constantine Tanchan, chairman of the board of Innovative Culinary and Entertainment Corp., franchisee of Pier One The Walk and Parkmall branches.
“Our prices are very reasonable at as low as P17 for a pork barbecue, which is perfect for everybody’s budget including students,” said Jaydee Ong, general manager.
Aside from offering Filipino all-time favorites, the Parkmall branch also introduces a new concept—“Paluto sa Pier One.”
At the ground floor of the restaurant, one can find wide variety of fresh and live seafood which can be cooked the way diners want. The “paluto” concept is unique to this branch. The “Paluto sa Pier One” will formally open on Dec.1.
Pier One also offers the usual great entertainment that they are known for with live bands from Monday to Friday after dinner time and DJs on weekends.
