IT'S place where you can feel rock star sleek.
After first opening its doors in May 2009 in Torres St., Davao City, Coffeecat opened its 2nd branch at the Asiatown I.T. Park’s newest high-rise development, the eBloc Tower. With its first foray into Cebu’s very competitive coffee shop market, Coffeecat is armed with 100 percent premium Arabica coffee and Yogo premium frozen yogurt in original or green tea flavors, and cool moves like never seeing your name on the cups marked with a permanent marker. This cool cat prints out your name and sticks it on the spot, making you feel like you truly belong there. And you’ll want to stay for awhile with swivel chairs so comfy the thought of playing hooky is not far from your mind.
The name Coffeecat is the product of an intriguing play of words coupled with a serendipitous association to a cat-sized mammal called a civet cat, which has a close affinity towards coffee berries, and the widely noted most expensive coffee in the world, the civet cat coffee. Its 90 square meters of stylish and chic space can accommodate a total of 60 guests with its indoor and outdoor seating combined.

A new craze in the city is frozen yogurt and this venue has it too. Yogo is delicious without the guilt. Some confusion may ensue when picking your toppings—fruits, and dry or liquid toppings are your options. Rest easy, it’s hard to mess up it.
Every combination tastes and looks good. Other products include specialty teas, pastries, light snacks and short orders. And if you really can’t help it, free wireless internet service is available, so that you may continue working.
Coffeecat is a great place for cozy conversations, precious family time, hearty laughter with friends, some needed alone time with a good book and cup of brew, or private discussions with colleagues. See you there, like, every day.
