THE SM CITY-Cebu car park will be transformed into a race track as the second leg of the Kartzone Autocross Exhibition Race blasts off today.

Top Cebuano drivers, along with invited racers from Iloilo and Bacolod, will display their driving skills in the obstacle races.

First leg overall champion and fastest driver Peterson Lim will have his hands full against the likes of David G. Lim, Jong King, Mato Tan, Randy Paray, Justin Neri and Jess Garcia in the much-anticipated Open and Modified Division races.

The competition today will also feature the stock cars division.

“I practiced and hopefully I won’t encounter any engine problem. The competition is even tougher this time with the top drivers around and we are all on an equal footing because the track is new,” Peterson told Sun.Star Cebu.
