MANILA - A big team that can run.
That is how Norman Black describes his Ateneo All-Star selection that will go up against Franz Pumaren and De La Salle in the “Blue vs. Green: Dream Game 2012’ exhibition match on Feb. 5.

The Blue Eagles are parading an imposing frontline in the charity event, tapping the services of intimidating big men Enrico Villanueva, Japeth Aguilar, Rabeh Al-Hussaini, Noy Baclao, Doug Kramer, Paolo Bugia, and Rich Alvarez.
But then, there’s cat-quick L.A. Tenorio, and the exciting duo of JC Intal and Eric Salamat to supply quickness to the Katipunan-based school.
“Based from what I have read in the newspaper, our advantage is size,” said Black. “But remember, we also have speed with L.A. out there.”
Completing the Ateneo roster in the meet being held for the benefit of young cancer patients of the Philippine Children’s Medical Center are Larry Fonacier, Wesley Gonzales and Magnum Membrere.
Black likewise pointed out that most of Ateneo’s big men can complement Tenorio on transition.
The Ateneo mentor however, doubts if Al-Hussaini will be ready for the first Eagles-Archers exhibition match.
“I’m not sure though if Rabeh can play,” said Black of the former UAAP Most Valuable Player (MVP) and last year’s PBA Rookie of the Year, who’s still recuperating from an ACL injury.
