Pacquiao vs. Floyd?

MANNY Pacquiao will fight again, on Nov. 10.
But as to whom he will be fighting, it is still anybody’s guess and even his promoter Bob Arum doesn’t know who mhe will be fighting.
Pacquiao (54-4-2, 38KOs), who lost his WBO welterweight belt to Timothy Bradley by a controversial split decision, has reportedly told Arum he wants to fight on Nov. 10 against Floyd Mayweather Jr., who is currently on jail.
But according to Yahoo Sports, Arum told Pacquiao that a bout against Mayweather this year would be “most unlikely” because Mayweather will be released form jail on Aug. 3, which would give him just three months to prepare for the bout.
If not a bout against Mayweather, Pacquiao could face the undefeated Bradley in a rematch, or figure in a fourth bout with nemesis Juan Manuel Marquez or even another rematch with Miguel Cotto.
Cotto, who lost in a 12th-round TKO to Pacquiao in 2009, also lost by unanimous decision to Mayweather, his last fight before he went to jail.
“He kept a true poker face. I explained to him everything that is going on and what we thought, but he didn’t give anything away. He just listened and took it all in,” Arum told Yahoo Sports.
Arum also said that the third fight with Marquez had more pay-per-view sales than the Bradley fight. The Pacquiao vs. Marquez fight, which also ended in a controversial split decision win for Pacquiao, had 1.3 million PPV sales, while the Bradley fight had 900,000.
“Manny had a history with Marquez and Marquez had a huge fan base among the Hispanics.
Bradley, nobody had heard of him before. We did the best promotion we could and the number that came back, came back. It’s still a good number. Do you know how many people would love to do a pay-per-view like that?”
