DBTC Cebu wins Boscolympics football

DON Bosco Technology Center-Cebu collared the football title in the secondary category of the Boscolympics last weekend in Manila.
All Don Bosco schools nationwide gathered to participate in biennial meet which features six sporting events.
Aside from football, it also includes volleyball, basketball, chess, badminton and table tennis.
The secondary team of DBTC blanked Don Bosco Boys’ Home in Liloan, 4-0, to defend its
title.
But it was a bitter ending for the DBTC-Elementary and Palaro grand slam champions as it dropped it match against Don Bosco Technical Institute of Makati, 1-0, in the semis to bow out of contention.
DB Makati ended up as the champion of the elementary football competition.
DBTC-Cebu finished second in the overall ranking.
Cebu placed runner-up in the secondary volleyball and in secondary badminton.
