Before becoming a fitness advocate, Choachuy said he was obese, weighing 309 lbs., but after undergoing coach Saret’s fitness program, he lost 124 lbs. in six months.
Two years after the finale of the biggest loser camp, Choachuy continued his journey and has since finished two 70.3 Ironman races and two Xterra off-road triathlon.
Both are international events. Using the program of coach Saret, Choachuy beat his personal best in both races.
