Leylam drops first 2 matches in Singa Cup-A A +A

LEYLAM FC had a tough day in its international debut and dropped its first two matches in the Singa Cup 2013 yesterday at The Cage Sports Park in Turf City, Singapore.
Leylam FC slumped to the last spot of Group B in the Under-18 division with back-to-back losses.
Leylam FC bowed to Thailand’s YFH Phuket, 3-0, in its first match of the day and then was outclassed by Indonesia’s Sekayu Youth Football Academy, 4-0, in its second match.
Sekayu, which also had a lopsided 5-0 win over Singapore’s Sports Cares, takes the top spot with six points, followed by YFH with four points. After a 2-2 draw with YFH, Australia’s Footskills is at third with a point. Sports Care and Leylam FC are both scoreless.
Leylam FC will face Footskills at 2 p.m. today.
On the other hand, in Group A, another Philippine team, Ateneo de Manila, is unbeaten after a 2-0 win over Australia’s Football West.
