THE Cebu City Sports Commission (CCSC) will officially start its month-long Summer Grassroots Development Training Program today in the 16 different school gyms in the city.

A total of 15 sports disciplines will be taught to kids 7-14 years old, free of charge.

Aside from the grassroots training program, which was held in cooperation with the Cebu City Government, the Philippine Sports Commission and the Department of Education Cebu City, CCSC is also holding the Guinness Book of World Record attempt for the biggest archery competition dry run today in Labangon Elementary School that will be participated by the top four finishers of the 12 schools, which have completed their school-level tournaments.
