ACCENTURE Sharks top gunner Ryan Llanos was crowned the league’s deadliest after winning the 3-point Shootout in the All-Star Saturday of the 2014 CSCC E-Leagues Season 10 at the City Sports Club Cebu.
Llanos and Jan Michael Cipres of Convergys 1 Wolves scored 10 points each to lead the four qualifiers. They joined former champions Neil Armamento (2006), Ronald Canoy (2009), two-time champion Christian Tapic (2010 and 2011), James Cabilino (2012) and Argiel Fernandez (2013) in the final round.
The Accenture dead shot stormed the final round, scoring 15 points to frustrate the efforts of Tapic and Cabilino, who had 14 points each.
Llanos took home his second title after he teamed up with his teammate Archie Batua to win the 2-Ball competition.
Batua and Llanos finished in a tie with SupportSave Dragons’ Niño Belande and Allan Juezan with 30 points to lead the four qualifiers in the final round.
In the finals, Batua and Llanos proved unstoppable as they scored 25 points to win it.
Ibhar Del Mar, the 2011 titlist, on the other hand regained the crown in the Skills Challenge.
Del Mar topped the final in 23 seconds, beating Jan Isaha Gabest of 1&1 Marauders by two seconds.
Aside from the two, Ian Patangan of Calltek, Ryan Peneranda of Accenture and Dave Villas of Supportsave also made the final round.
