Don Bosco eyes No. 1 spot

Saturday, September 30, 2017

THE last two remaining matches of the secondary division of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) football tournament will be played today at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).

League leader Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) faces University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) at 10 AM, while second ranked Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) takes on University of San Carlos (USC)-BED at 8 a.m.

DBTC just needs at least a draw with USPF to clinch the No. 1 spot.

SHS-AdC , on the other hand, is poised to take the No. 2 spot with a win over USC.

DBTC has nine points and is a whopping +38 on goal difference after its 27-0 win over University of San Jose-Recoletos. (EKA)
