CCSC is now finalizing the details and schedule of the strength and conditioning workshop which is aimed at maximizing the potential of all Cebu City athletes.

DESPITE a limited time to prepare, the Run for Sugbohol by GMA and Run for Sight (RFS) is expected to draw over 1,000 runners this Oct. 27 at the Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital Gym along Osmeña Blvd.
Dr. Potenciano “Yong” Larrazabal III said that this is their fifth charity run and despite the limited time, they hope to draw a lot of runners. The proceeds will go directly to the GMA Kapuso Foundation, which will use them for the relief efforts for the earthquake victims in Bohol.
