THE monthly race of the Run for Sight Foundation—the Run for Sight IV--will be held this Sunday at the Cebu Doctors’ University Campus in Mandaue City.

The race is a 5K and 10K event around the CDU Campus in Mandaue City Reclamation Area.

"Matod Pa Sa Lola ni Noy Kulas." Join the story-writing contest on Cebuano folklore and win prizes.

Over a hundred runners are expected to participate in the monthly race, which is aimed to create awareness for a healthy lifestyle.

Last month, more than 100 runners joined the race which features a vehicular traffic-free route.

The run will start at 6 a.m., while the registration is slated at 5 a.m. at the CDU foodcourt. Registration fee is P50.

At the end of the year, a Runner of the Year award will be given to the top 10 male and female runners.

At stake for the award are colored TV sets, DVD players and large specially engraved RFS eye-shaped medals.
