To explain the advantage of getting Lifetime Events Depot's services in one phrase, wedding planner Claire Villaflor directly puts it, "hassle-free."

But she was even more excited about one thing that most couples would also be delighted with - "cut-to-fit" planning.

"We don't have the usual package. We call it "cut-to-fit" because everybody is willing to work on a certain budget," said Villaflor, over-all coordinator and wedding planner of Lifetime Events Depot on 101 Gorordo Ave.

"We all have observed that the Cebuanos still believe in marriage. Most couples would save their money for this memorable event in their life. So the team and I have thought of merging.

I am very proud of this group since they have established their names in the wedding industry," she continued.

Other vendors include Chedz Designer Cakes for one-of-a-kind cakes, Right Connect: Wedding Emcees and Consultants for emceeing requirements, Ralyn Sevilla for the invites, Eugene Florendo Videography and Rolando Pascua Photography for recording the event visually.

"It's usually bold and bright hues: turquoise, purple, coral, and champagne. For the design, it's a mix of modern and traditional, mostly personalized according to their lifestyle," said Chedz Designers Cake's Cecille Corazo of the kind of cakes customers want.

"Another advantage is, I can work on a certain theme," Ruiz, an events stylist, added. "I look at first the personality of the couple. If they are very open to a different style, then a theme wedding would be appropriate. If they're shy, I think a simple wedding would be better."

Ruiz also said that winter-inspired receptions would be popular this summer. Or if not, the neo-classical details would suffice: the Venetian lifestyle, masquerades, ostrich feathers, and bold colors such as purple and fuchsia.
