Commemoration

NEGROS. The Municipal Government of La Castellana led by Mayor Rhumyla Nicor-Mangilimutan commemorates the ninth year of the bloody incident in Barangay Puso in the southern Negros Occidental locality. Nine persons including eight civilians and one policeman were killed during the 'Puso Massacre' allegedly staged by rebels on January 27, 2013.
