A violator of the city’s smoke-free ordinance does community service for his offense by picking up trash along the Abanao-Harrison overpass under monitoring by POSD enforcement unit led by Security Officer II Daryll Longid. Smoking offenders have the option to render community service with eight hours equivalent to P1,000 the fine for first offense. However they can only avail of the service option once.
