AVID basketball fans in Davao City will surely have a treat as powerhouse M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala of Cebu City and Team Bida Laguna are seeing action in the Mayor Rody and Inday Sara 73rd Araw ng Dabaw Invitational Basketball Tournament which kicks off at 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Almendras Gym.
Also in the cast are MP Pacman of General Santos City and Montana Pawnshop of Davao City.

The Sports Development Division of the City Mayor's Office (SDD-CMO) said the tournament will be a four-day single round robin competition where the top two teams will arrange a titular showdown while the next two teams will battle for third.
The Pacman and Laguna teams will arrive on Saturday while the Cebu squad will plane in on Sunday morning.
The cage tournament, which is co-presented by Davao City Mayor Rodrigo and Vice Mayor Inday Sara Duterte and sanctioned by Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) regional director Regino "Boy" Cua, offer huge cash prizes to the winners.
