Kisan Lu honors top sellers

HOMEGROWN developer Kisan Lu Lands and Development Inc. (KLLDI) honored top producers and sellers of its prime housing projects for the second quarter of this year by giving them cash incentives recently.

In the 2nd Quarterly Awards with a theme: "New Face. New Phase," held at the Grand Men Seng Hotel last July 25, the company's leading producers took center stage as they received one by one their monetary incentives.

KLLDI marketing manager Alberto Egot Jr. said around P500,000 of cash bonus were handed out by Kisan Lu sales and marketing director Andrew Bautista during the ceremony. This is aside from the hotel accommodations rewarded to some 50 sellers.

"We really value people first than our projects," Egot told Sun.Star Davao.

Kisan Lu is now developing Amiya Resort Residences in Puan, Bambu Estate in Mintal and Twin Palms in Maa. Amiya and Twin Palms are high-end subdivisions.

Egot said the firm will also develop more than 50 hectares in Puan as expansion of the Amiya project and is only awaiting the development permit to be issued by the City Council of Davao City.

Kisan Lu is also preparing to launch soon Cafe Lagoon, the first of two major amenities in Amiya. The other amenity is the P200-million Clubhouse Complex, which boasts of a swimming pool, restaurants, casitas, spa pavilion, function hall and a gym.

Kisan Lu held its groundbreaking ceremony for the Clubhouse Complex last May. It is targeted for completion in two to three years time.
