Go said they have infused around P2 billion for the entire development of the mall alone, excluding the other undertakings within the 10-hectare area.
The mall has four levels, which house both international and national stores, and the second SMX Convention Center at the third floor.
Go said SM has three mall classifications. These are SM Supercenter, SM City and the SM Premier.

The convention center has three function rooms with collapsible walls and can accommodate up to 4,000 guests.
Alojado said each function room is intended for small meeting and can accommodate between 50 to 100 guests.
She said the mall has a gross floor area if 144,002 square meters and a gross leasable area of 88,499 sq meters. Some international and health stores will locate in the lower ground while in the upper ground will house the grand atrium and other stores.
SM Lanang Premiere also has 273 leasable units, with 160 units already leased.
Alojado said some of these stores will be opening up before yearend and some are expected to open in the first quarter of next year.
She said some flagship stores of international businesses will be opening its first branch in the city.
In the second floor is the Sky Garden, which will highlight the facade of the mall and the Al Fresco, facing "The Park."
Alojado said The Park is an outdoor area event and will also house some of the fine dining restaurants. A dancing fountain is also one of the attractions in The Park.
"We encouraged the businesses there to open up early because there are people who do exercise," Alojado said.
Another good feature of the mall is that a bridge is linked up to Park Inn hotel, according to Alojado. Some of the food establishments in Sky Garden will be also closing up late to cater to the guests of the hotel.
