ALSONS Properties has announced the groundbreaking of their clubhouse at Eden Ridge, its latest upscale residential project located in Barangay Eden, Toril.
This signals the start of the construction of the clubhouse, which is slated to be completed by December 2013.
Following a Tropical Asian architectural theme, the clubhouse was conceptualized by the famed Manila-based firm, MANA Architecture + Interior Design, to complement the natural beauty of Eden.
Large doors and windows will seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces and allow residents to relish the fresh air and lush surrounding landscape.
The clubhouse will feature an Entertainment Room and a Game Room that will provide added recreation for the whole family. Also, an al fresco lanai at the lower ground will open to a spacious garden, which can host outdoor activities and gatherings, or can simply be a place where kids can run around and play.
Situated 720 meters above sea level, only 40 minutes away from the city, Eden Ridge is an idyllic, eco-friendly community of premier vacation homes that enjoys a naturally cool climate all year round.
Besides the Clubhouse, the property also highlights several other amenities that encourage residents to explore nature and have an enhanced healthy lifestyle. Their community park features playgrounds, a children's zipline, a basketball half-court, a mini soccer field, and a gazebo that is perfect for picnics.
Green pathways called linear parks weave through the property to allow residents easy access to flourishing vegetable and herb gardens, more playgrounds, and outdoor fitness equipment.
Eden Ridge is yet another exceptional development by Alsons Properties. Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, Alsons Properties is known for developing premier residential communities in Davao City such as Ladislawa Garden Village, Woodridge Park, Las Terrazas, Fernwood, Northcrest, and Wood Lane.
