Brother launches new printer in Davao City

DETERMINED to come up with more quality products, Japanase printer manufacturer Brother International Philippines Corporation launched its newest top-of-the-line printer to the Davao market.

The MFC-J2510 InkBenefit is the latest model of Brother's inkjet line-up that is sure to attract customers with its innovative features.

Through the MFFC-J2510, a sleek and compact device, Brother is introducing landscape printing, the first of its kind among the inkjet line in the country.

"For us, it's clear this is another breakthrough from Brother. We are offering more advanced technology to the Davao market by using this new model," Brother Philippines director and country manager Glenn P. Hocson told Sun.Star Davao during the product launch at the Marco Polo Davao Friday.

Hocson said their latest product is small but capable of printing A3 size.

The MFC-J2510 is a six-in-one printer. MFC-J2510 can print, copy, scan, fax, PC fax and USB reader. It also has a touch screen feature like cellular phones and is Wi-Fi ready.

With its landscape printing, the MFC-J2510 has shorter printing runs and produces high-quality prints for customers.

Hocon said one can also print with the new model through mobile phones using Brother applications and has cloud printing features.

The MFC-J2510 is now available in the market with a price of P16,950.

Hocson said they have a good number of stores in Davao City offering this new model like the Digital Interface and Octagon.

Aside from retail business, Brother also has corporate business in Davao.

"We are quite visible. Definitely, Brother is here to stay in Davao," said Hocson, who is responsible for front end operation of the company that includes sales, marketing, customer service and branch operations.

Brother's thrust for quality and reliability makes the company one of the leaders in the market today.

Brother Philippines was established back in 2001 while Brother Davao was put up in 2008.

Brother International Philippines is one of the sales subsidiaries of Brother International Singapore.

Brother is a Japanese firm founded in 1908 and has 16 production facilities and 51 sales companies operating in 44 countries today.
