THE developer of Damosa Fairlane will start building houses for its high-end residential project by April, and plans to turn them over to the homeowners by next year.

Ed Villaver, vice president of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI), said they will initially build 10 houses next month and hope to finish constructing around 70 to 80 houses by 2014.

By then, Villaver said DLI will also be completing the subdivision's clubhouse, which features an open-type function room, a swimming pool and basketball court.

"We hope to finish building around 70 to 80 houses next year and turn them over to the community of homeowners," Villaver said during the blessing of the project's entrance complex last Saturday.

Damosa Fairlane sits on a seven-hectare property in Barangay Anlingto, Lanang. The residential project is situated just near the Damosa Complex via Mamay Road.

Anflocor Group of Companies senior vice president Ricardo R. Floirendo, Villaver and other DLI top executives graced the blessing ceremonies.

The day also allowed guests and selected invitees to have an exclusive sneak-peek of the new model houses of the residential community.

"The new developments in the house choices and the community enhancements will be met with great excitement by future homeowners and potential clients," DLI said in a statement.

"Damosa Fairlane goes bigger for its new house model offerings to cater to the demands of our market," Villaver said. "The fit to today's growing family who need more space for their lifestyle."
