A WEB portal is expanding its operation in Davao City that promotes rentals and assists owners to look for renters.
Rent.ph is soon to go full swing in Davao City with the deployment of its new and proprietary Rent Manager program, which is envisioned to drive the real estate in the area further.
Rent.ph will take the lead in inviting investors to take advantage of rentals as a business.
"We are here not only to help property developers push their sales. But we are here to help and encourage Dabawenyos invest in properties and earn passive income through rent." said Anthony Leuterio, president and chief executive officer of Philippine Real Estate Management Solutions Inc., the company behind Rent.ph, in a press statement.
Rent.ph is a web portal that promotes rentals and is the fastest growing rental site in the Philippines, Leuterio added.
Rent.ph will soon launch the Rent Manager program which is comprised of rent service providers to be trained by Rent.ph to become rent management professionals to assist owners find renters of their properties.
"It's a novel idea that we have organized and systematized nationwide and have already registered the system with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO)," Leuterio said.
The program aims to deploy a network of rent managers coming from realty firms and independent real estate brokers to help buyers who intend to use their properties as rental investment.
For instance, Leuterio pointed out the problems that investors encounter after buying a condo.
"It's easy to say that a condo is a good investment, but who is going to help a buyer find a renter for them? And we would like to help solve that problem for our investors," he said.
The program is also an opportunity to real estate practitioners.
"Another very important work that we will build in Davao is to open opportunities to realty firms and real estate persons by getting into rentals as a solid and quick income for them. We have the training, the tools and the support to launch their own business in rentals," Leuterio said.
Rent.ph is scheduled to introduce the program with a whole day seminar in "How to Make Big Money in Real Estate," which will be held on August 24 at the Linmarr Hotel.
