Construction of Avida Towers in full swing-A A +A

CONSTRUCTION of Avida Towers Davao is now on full swing, with 83 percent of its Tower 1 has already been sold out.
Set to rise in a 6,124 square meter (sqm.) property on C. M. Recto Street, this vertical project features a total of 1053 units in both buildings. The 23-storey Tower 1 will feature 431 residential units, while the 28-storey Tower 2 will have 622 residential units. Tower 1 will also have select special two-bedroom units offering a panoramic view of the city from the 19th to 23rd floor.
The first tower will also have 170 parking slots from the ground floor to the fourth floor and a shared amenity area at the podium.
For each tower, the Avida Land, a fully-owned subsidiary of Ayala Inc, offers three unit classifications: studio units (22 to 25 sqm), one-bedroom units (37 to 42 sqm), and two-bedroom units (58 sqm).
With middle-class families as its target market, the condominium towers also feature amenities like adult, kiddie, and wading pools, multi-purpose hall, outdoor exercise and play equipment, mediation areas, and ground floor retail area.
Avida also made financial matters for its customers much easier with Leasing Services by Avida (LSA). LSA allows its clients to maximize their real-estate investments in a hassle-free manner.
Avida Towers Davao has also launched its Project Pavillion last August. Customers can get a preview of the units and inquire stuff about the tower.
Visitors of the Pavillion will also be able to see Avida's five condo must-haves: free flowing air and sunlight, fewer units per floor, emergency power, sensible amenities, and flexible payment terms.
Last August 22, Avida Land launched Tower 2 at Seda Hotel wherein thwy feautured artworks by Davao-based artist Victor Secuya themed "Life in Full Color."
Avida Towers Davao is owned and developed by Avencosouth Corp., a joint venture between Avida Land Corp. and Accendo Commercial Corp.
