Quality, affordable homes for families-A A +A
Sunday, December 29, 2013
MASS housing developer, 8990 Housing Development Corp., has continued its legacy in providing Dabawenyos a place they can call home, with its latest 54-hectare housing project in Davao City.
The real property project is strategically located in Indangan, Buhangin District, where many land developers also set eyes on for their project expansions.
The groundbreaking of Deca Homes Indangan last October 25 (already its third project in the city) reflects truly how fast families in Davao, or even those from the neighboring cities, embrace the low-cost but quality houses provided by the company.
"We are continuing with this third project in Davao, Deca Homes Indangan, we are continuing the track record and legacy of providing affordable and quality homes to the middle-income and lower middle-income families in Mindanao, especially Davao City through the provision of very strong and very affordable housing using a home financing in-house plan," said 8990 Housing Development Corp. president JJ Atencio.
To help Dabawenyos own a unit at the subdivision, he said they will come up with a home financing scheme soon.
Juliet Domingo, 8990 HDC Project manager, said the new houses that will be built there will sport all-new and fresher designs.
Sooner, the 54-hectare estate will be dotted with bungalow and loft unit types, which future residents can choose from.
She boasted that Deca Homes Subdivision in Indangan is the only place in the city where families can enjoy the amenities of a high-end subdivision but at an affordable price.
"Asa man ka makakuha og ana nga price nga naa tanan? Naa tay amenities na makita sa high-end pero naa siya sa low-cost. The same gihapun makita sa among Mintal, mao na ang among advantage (Where can you find a house that comes in complete package? We have amenities that of a high-end but in a low-cost level)," Domingo said.
Soon, a basketball court and landscape areas will be constructed plus a perimeter fence to ensure the security of the future residents in this gated community.
Domingo said they follow a pre-cast method in the construction of each unit, allowing them to complete each house in as fast as seven days.
She added casting forms were made, making it easier for them to build homes. Those casting forms served as the molders of the walls used to assemble each unit.
"Mura ka og gabake, buhasan og flour lutuon so naa naka og cake (You're like baking cake, you pour in the mixture in the pan, bake and then you have a cake)," she said.
The entire project will have 3,427 housing units, which is expected to be completed in three years time. Domingo said they are working on the subdivision's first phase comprised of a total of 600 units.
