The organizers are expecting some 10,000 participants to attend the three-day expo.

"The goal of the event is to update and showcase the latest technologies in the field of agriculture and livestock," she said.

They are expecting to generate around P100 million in sales during the expo.

Aside from the expo, free seminars on hog raising and other agribusiness-related seminars will also take place.

"We are expecting a good turn out as we will be holding this event annually," Maliwat said.

The event is sponsored by B-Meg, Jiabao Feed Vet Agro Products, Bowa Agricultural Equipment, and Julu Enterprises Inc.
