Looking for a property is much easier through the customize searches wherein buyers can find real estate properties depending on their needs.

Buyers can input the number of rooms, price range, location, and property type in the customized searches.

They may also list down and mark properties that they like so that they do not need to search for the property again once online.

Complete details on the listed properties are also available including the contact of the real estate broker.

There is also real-time update on the property listed to see if it has already been bought or not.

Reyes said the application is Android phone friendly since it is what most Filipinos are using.

Aside from property listings in the Philippines, buyers can also view the more than 400,000 property listings of 28 countries by simple choosing the country they want to check listings at.

Lamudi PH started six months ago and already has offices based in Manila, Cebu, and Davao City.

Lamudi PH is an online property selling website that aggregates all properties for sale throughout the country. It is present in 28 countries, mostly of which are emerging economies. Lamudi started in Germany.

Reyes said the website is the first of its kind in the Philippines.
