Four Arezzo Place buildings sold out

THE units of buildings one to four of Phinma Properties' Arezzo Place Davao (APD) has already been sold out, an executive said.

Rhoda Cua, APD Sales Head, said in an interview on Saturday said one of the factors that helped them to sell their units was their booth at SM Lanang Premier, where many of their sales came from.

“All in all, the five buildings we are selling, we are already at 80 percent sold out,” Cua said, adding that she hopes to finish the sales of the five buildings by July of this year.

After completely selling all units of the existing buildings, Cua said they hope to start selling the units of buildings seven and eight.

"If we can sustain sales now, we are looking to sell all units by 2019," she said.

Building four, however, is targeted to be turned over this August while building one by the last quarter of this year. Building two is targeted to be turned over in the first quarter 2018 while building six in the third or fourth quarter of 2018.

On Saturday, the company also had a topping off ceremony for building three.

The company also awarded the winner for the “Design Your Space” contest, held at the Sales and Marketing Office of APD on May 27, Saturday.

Allan Sylvestre was awarded as the champion with his Middle Century-Age design where he incorporated natural palette, varieties of woods, and warm light -- achieving a traditional house with a cozy ambiance. He received a cash prize and the latest iPad Mini.

APD Associate Project Marketing Officer Krizza Balog, in an interview with Sunstar Davao, said the “Design Your Space” contest is the first ever marketing event of APD, highlighting different ways the clients can do to design a 32.5 square meters condominium unit.

Balog said the most notable feature of Arezzo Place Davao (APD) is the space size. Among other competitors in Davao City, APD has the space of 32.5 square meters at an affordable price of P2.1 million compared to the P2.5 million of other developers.

“Even if we increase price, we still remain the most affordable per square meters in the city,” she said. (With BSC)
