AS A response to a rapidly-growing demand for office spaces in Davao City, Skynora brings to the city premium office spaces that are complete with amenities and are ready for occupation already.
“We are expecting more business process outsourcing (BPO) companies to come here in Davao City by next year. We will be able to attract more BPO from Manila or even from abroad to really come here. We are inviting BPO companies from other areas including Australia and the United States to invest here. Of course through this, we will be able to bring more employment here in Davao,” said Skynora vice president Julie Go.
Skynora Premium Office Solutions is located at the 4th and 5th floor of the Robinson’s Cybergate Delta commercial building along J.P. Laurel Avenue. Each floor is about 2,500 square meters each. Marketing manager Gleen Mayer Bagani said their office space is ideal for business process outsourcing (BPO) companies that wish to expand to Davao City as they have 491 seating capacities each floor per shift.
“We provide you with almost everything like workstations, utility, internet, furnishings, furniture, interiors – we provide them all. It will be less hassle for the investors and the company. What they will do is just move in and work,” Bagani said adding they would even pay for the electricity and the water bills and the only thing that the investors are going to think about is their leasing responsibilities with Skynora and nothing more. The spaces are already fully-furnished.
Unlike the other leasing spaces that are leased per square meter, their floors are divided into different quadrants that the investors can choose from. Quadrants vary in different sizes, seating capacities, and available facilities depending on the needs of the company.
Their floors are also complete with executive offices, executive pantry, lounges, and toilets aside from the main office spaces. Go added the companies can also opt for personalized furnishings such as the color of the seats, or their company logo to be installed on a specific spot.
As they are Philippine Economic Zone Authority (Peza)-accredited, Bagani said they do not just think of the spaces they can provide to the entire company but as well as the spaces provided for per agent. He added they want to provide a more breathable space, not just for the executives, but especially for the employees as well.
“We will give them the experience of having a premium office that feels like home in a workplace. That’s really the difference,” he said.
With this new concept of office space leasing, Go said they are increasing the standard of leasing in the city and they hope to be able to attract more BPO players to come invest in Davao City. However, she said their office spaces are not only limited to BPO companies but they can also cater to other private offices as well.
