Dabawenyos willing to spend more on beauty services

Monday, November 13, 2017

DABAWENYOS are capable and are willing to spend more on skin care and beauty services, according to an executive of Manny and Pie Calayan Clinic (MPCC) Davao.

As they celebrate their first anniversary on November 29, MPCC SM Lanang branch manager Donna Idulsa said their one year of service to Dabawenyos resulted to a great number of people from Davao patronizing their products and services. She added that in one year, they created good relationship with regular clients who put their trust to the clinic.

“For me, what drives the Dabawenyos to look better is the desire to feel good about themselves. Aside from the medically necessary dermatological and surgical treatments that Drs. Manny and Pie Calayan offer, some clients seek them for cosmetic or aesthetic purposes also,” Idulsa said, adding that among the most sought-after services of their branch include signature facials, skin laser treatments, gluta drips, and cosmetic surgeries. She added their promos and packages of these services attract more clients.

Idulsa also said that based on monthly assessment of their performance, Dabawenyos are not only capable but are also willing to spend more on skin care and beauty services which, according to her, guarantee the clients’ value for their money.

“(As for our case), most clients end up spending and availing more than what they actually planned during their visit in our clinic. I must say that the quality, variety, and availability we offer play a big factor,” she said.

Dermatology Doctors Manny and Pie Calayan are known to be celebrity doctors in the Philippines and have branches in Makati City, Quezon City, and Cebu City. Their branch at SM Lanang Premier is their first branch in Mindanao.
