OFFICE space leasing in Davao City takes on another level as Skynora Corporation arrives in the city offering premium office solutions suitable for business process outsourcing (BPO) offices, serviced offices, and co-working spaces.
Skynora Corp. leased the 4th and 5th floor of Robinson’s Cybergate Delta along J.P. Laurel Avenue and according to Marketing Manager Gleen Mayer Bagani, dressed it up with the convenience of the clients in mind. Their leasing services provide fully furnished office spaces that allow clients and investors to think of nothing else but to move in and work. They target to finish full dressing up of the office spaces early next year.
“We provide you with almost everything like worstations, utility, internet, furnishings, furniture, interiors. It will be less hassle for the investors and the company. What they will do is just move in and work. The rent will even include the electricity and the water bills," Bagani said.
Some of the other benefits that they can provide the companies that would lease to them include inclusion of mailboxes and company signage on the rented floor. There will also be BPO space customization services, underground gated parking spaces for lease, and discounted products at the coffee house on the ground floor.
Bagani added their BPO office amenities include pantry for employees, executive pantry and toilets, lounge areas, HR seating, IT seating, full enclosed server room, and a training room with 25-seating capacity including the trainer.
Unlike other leasing spaces that are leased per square meter, their floors are divided into different quadrants that the investors can choose from. Quadrants vary in different sizes, seating capacities, and available facilities depending on the needs of the company. Each of the floors has an area of about 2,500 square meters.
Quadrant unit 401 has a 200-agents seating capacity, 15 team leaders seating, training room with 25-seating capacity, 2 lounges, mess hall, 2-seater HR room, fully enclosed server room, and a 2-seat IT station, pantry, and toilet room. The quadrant also has offices that can be used for country manager, operations manager, and divisions manager.
Quadrant units 402 and 403 are a little smaller with 80-agens seating capacity, 8 team leaders seating, 25-seating capacity training room, 1 lounge, pantry, 2-seater HR room, fully enclosed server room, and 1-seater IT station. Offices for country manager, operations manager, and divisions manager can also be add-ons with executive pantry and toilet included.
Skynora Corporation vice president Julie Go said although their units and spaces are already fully furnished, negotiations and personalization of the furnishings and the color to fit the leasing company’s preference is very much accepted.
Go added with the number of BPO companies outside Davao City that take interest in expanding to the city, it is with great need that the standard for office space leasing be upgraded as well. She said this concept is already common in Manila and Cebu and would be the first time to be done in Davao as most leased spaces in the city is still bare.
“We are expecting more BPO companies to come here in Davao City by next year. We will be able to attract more BPO from Manila or even from abroad to really come here. We are inviting BPO companies from other areas including Australia and the United States to invest here. Of course through this, we will be able to bring more employment here in Davao,” Go said.
