A Regional Trial Court has scheduled the arraignment of two men accused of stealing a cellular phone and proceeds of a burger stall at Do?a Pilar Subdivision in Davao City last month.
RTC Branch 15 Presiding Judge Ridgway Tanjili said Jeckson Maton Tejana, 25, and Vicente Pobe Tejana, 25, all of Sto. Ni?o Riverside in Sasa, Davao City will be arraigned on August 12 around 8:30 a.m.

Prosecutor Stella Esparagoza-Camino recommended the filing of charges based on the complaint of the franchise manager of Burger Foods Inc. Mindanao, Glenda Amargo Silvestre, a resident of Kilometer 18 in Tibungco, Davao City.
In his affidavit, Silvestre said that around 5 a.m. on June 21, she was in their office in Tibungco when their service crew, Jomarlyn Rivera, informed her that she was robbed by two men in their burger stall.
She learned that the suspects forcibly took the crew member's Nokia 8200 cellular phone and their sales amounting to P300.
The accused were identified when presented by the Sasa police.
Camino recommended a bail bond of P100,000 for each of the respondents' temporary liberty.
