Teleserye that captures the heart
-A A +AFriday, March 1, 2013
WE FILIPINOS really love teleseryes, especially if it tackles about love, survival, family and social issues.
For sure you are familiar with "Be Careful with my heart" morning series on Kapamilya network.
Since the series started airing in July last year, it already captivated the hearts and kiliti of the viewing public.
Many are glued to the "swak-na-swak" and very much kilig tandem of Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Sir Chief (Richard Yap).
The plot of the story is not that complicated -- its light, but full of kilig moments.
With all the calamities we recent;y experienced, never-ending story of corruptions, etc., a few minutes break watching the series is a good breather from stress.
The directors of the series, Jeffery Jeturian and Mervyn B. Brondial, have won the hearts of many Filipinos by giving a program that is fresh, though the plot is already gasgas, but shows optimism, which is most needed in this time of crisis.
My officemates are one of the thousands or millions of the followers of the show.
I can't help but smile every time they giggle and feel so kilig especially when Sir Chief is showing his sweetness to Maya.
The very simple theme of the plot, the not so heavy scenes really capture the viewers' attentions, young and old.
The secret of the huge following of the serye is due to the effective chemistry of Jodi and Richard.
It's a good thing too that Richard, who is a newcomer in the industry, though not that young, shows a talent that makes every woman/girls swoon.
If you feel so stressed with your work, maybe a 30-minute break while watching the show is a reliever.
You try. I once did it, and it's effective.

People who are close to the couple, Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz, are still positive that the "ex-couple" will reconcile and fix the marital issue they are into.
In a recent interview, Cesar admitted that he is trying his best to patch things up to save the marriage, and for the sake of their children.
Twelve years of marriage is something that should be cherished and be guarded.
Though Sunshine is giving some hint that she is ready to give Cesar the "freedom" he needs, still it is best for them to settle the differences and issues out from the scrutinizing eyes of the public.
Marital woes can't be avoided, but open communication, commitment and trust to one another can help.
