A VERY jolly and much inspired Marian Rivera faced selected members of local and national press in her recent visit in Davao City.
The actress is one among GMA-7's stable of stars who joined in the celebration of the 28th Kadayawan sa Dabaw.
The sexy physique of Marian is very obvious, which she claimed a result of her hard work diet and zumba session.
"Dati kasi I tried muay thai and boxing pero tumigil ako kay parang lumalaki yung braso. So, zumba muna tayo kaya siguro lumiliit ako," she said.
Marian also shared her recent charitable activity as part of her birthday celebration.
"Yung mga fans ko talaga ang nag-oorganize niyan. Parang naisip nila na gumawa ng something unique and special on my birthday. It's my way din to reach out sa mga fans, sa napiling charity na pasayahin sila, kumain with them."
On that short chit-chat with the Reyna ng Kapuso, she again extended her thanks to all who voted her as FHM Sexiest Woman this year.
It can be recalled that for two straight years, it was Sam Pinto who grabbed the title.
"Ang pagbabase ng pagiging number one is galing din naman sa botohan. Naging number one kasi ibinoto ako ng tao, ng mga fans. Kahit anong ganda mo pa, eh kung di mo inaalagaan ang sarili mo wala rin. Kaya ako, I make sure na maganda akong tingnan lagi. Kaya andiyan yung diet, exercise ko. Para din yun sa mga fans."
This time around, the Kapuso actress is all set and excited to do her next projects for the network.
Weeks ago, Marian signed a three-year exclusive contract for GMA-7 which put an ends to all the speculation that she is transferring to another network.
Further, the actress said that she is always thankful and feel blessed for the support GMA-7 is giving to her.
"Ang maganda kasi ngayon is nilalatag ng GMA sa amin yung mga bagay-bagay na pwede kung gawin and open din sila sa mga bagay na gusto ko. Pinag-uusapang maigi ano yung susunod na proyekto na pwedeng gawin."
