With its theme, “No Walls, No Ceilings”, this flagship project of the Committee on Film of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), will be an open-air film festival showcasing 80 best short and full-length films from regions all over the Philippines.
Among the films are "2 Cool 2 be 4gotten" by Petersen Vargas from Pampanga; "Lily" by Keith Deligero from Cebu; "Sunday Beauty Queen" by Baby Ruth Villarama from Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF;) and another "Patay na si Hesus" by Victor Villarama.
Lawyer Karen Santiago-Malaki, the Nabunturan Independent Film Exhibition festival director, urged the public at the Kapehan sa Dabaw held at SM Ecoland to come and participate in this free open-air community screening.
