ONE of the country's leading producers of air-conditioners, Daikin Air-conditioning Philippines, launches today new line of innovative products at the Intercontinental Hotel in Makati City.

Around 250 guests, comprised of developers, consultants, distributors, and other industry partners coming from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, will converge to witness the unveiling of new and modern set of air conditioners that will soon hit the markets across the country.

In a phone interview, Jed Caburian, sales Division manager for sales operation of Daikin, said the company is built on a strong credibility when it comes to producing high quality air conditioning units worldwide.

He added Daikin is a leader in terms of producing air conditioning units, many of them are perfectly engineered to meet the needs of the market, be they for residential, commercial, and building use. The cutting-edge technology integrated to the units is patented to Daikin, Caburian said.

"We have products which other companies cannot replicate because it's patented to us," he said.

Caburian boasted of fourth generation Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV 4), one of the latest innovations of Daikin, which has an increased and seamless capacity in cooling an area with various sizes.

The versatility of VRV 4 is what sets it apart from other cooling systems in the market.

"It depends upon the needs. This can be used in residential or office space," he said, adding that VRV4 can be utilized in the facilities where the business process outsourcing (BPO) companies are housed.

Aside from VRV4, Daikin is also unveiling equally innovative units intended for residential use.
