GENEROSITY overflows as the Explorer Davao Realty Corporation (EDRC), the marketing arm of Deca Homes 8990 Housing Development Corporation (HDC), cited the perseverance and hardwork of their brokers and agents at their quarterly awarding and socialization on April 26 at Grand Men Seng Hotel Davao.
In its almost four years of being in service in the real estate industry, Explorer Davao Realty Corporation kept their feet on the ground as they continue to soar high by providing every Filipino family their dream house at Deca Homes.
EDRC, owned and managed by couple Alan and Emily Jane Calibo, did not just provide houses for every family but became dedicated partners among their brokers.
“Our success is also the success of our brokers and agents. Hindi lang kami ang nag succeed, pati rin sila. We are here to return the favor to our dedicated brokers who trusted us for almost four years,” Alan said.
EDRC, as promised, awarded their agents who sold the most number of household units during the 1st Quarter (October-December 2013) and 2nd Quarter (Jan-March 2014). Crismarie Abenoja topped the two quarters having sold almost 200 units. Other awardees were: First Quarter - Manuel Bollozos (2nd place) and Myrill Sioson (3rd place), Second Quarter - Myrill Sioson as second while Marissa Ancheta and Jason Sumampong tied at third.
Abenoja and Bollozos were also recognized for having passed the recent Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam. Rose Marie Cachero, meanwhile, was luckily picked to win the P5,000 cash prize in the grand raffle draw while 30 others took the minor prizes. Mainstream Family Band serenaded the event.
It was indeed a night of fun, joy and gratitude that all the members of the EDRC team will forever remember as they all continue to work together to be the best home providers in the city with the support of the Deca Homes 8990 Housing Development Corporation.
EDRC owes the success of their company to God who is the center of everything, “We always encourage our team to return the blessings to God. Kailangan mag simba talaga at manalangin dahil lahat ng ito ay galing sa Kanya. We are grateful that God blessed our company,” Alan said.
He also said that ethics is very important in the business and that a real broker should remain transparent, provide the best service and give what is due to the clients.
EDRC thanked 8990 HDC for being one of the biggest contributors of the company’s growth. They are also committed to keep the partnership with their brokers and agents until they reach the summit of their dreams.
