Vitarich to open new modern plant

LEADING agriculture company, Vitarich Corporation is set to open its Newest Modern Automated Plant in Panacan, Davao City on Friday, October 13.

Guillermo Miralles, Vice President and Feeds Development Manager, said the plant has the capacity to produce 10 tons per hour of animal feeds or equivalent to 100,000 bags (50 kilograms per bag), per month.

The plant is to be Halal certified and is to be accredited by Food Safety Management System and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

This facility will be of service to Mindanao farmers, ensuring that they will always be given quality products.

The company remains true to its commitment until today that it will continually aim to build partnerships and grow business together for Filipino Farmers nationwide.

The company was founded in 1950 by the Sarmiento brothers -- Feliciano, Lorenzo and Pablo. For 67 years, it has become the country’s leading integrator due to its phenomenal expansion.
