DAVAO. Senior citizens and pregnant women are exempted from the anti-jaywalking ordinance as they do not need to use the pedestrian overpasses that will be difficult for them. But in this photo, an elderly woman crosses the street even when the light for pedestrians clearly shows the stop sign. Will drivers who accidentally run over these persons also be exempted from charges? (Seth Delos Reyes)
