THE much-awaited annual Kadayawan Festival Run offers P75,000 worth of cash prizes and gift certificates when it hits the road on August 8 along Roxas Avenue.
Organizer Kenneth Sai of the Vantage Sports Promotions on Tuesday said registration will open on June 28 and onwards starting 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Adidas shop located at the second floor of the Gaisano Mall of Davao.
He said the registration fee is pegged at P150 for the 3K and 5K events, P200 for the 10K inclusive of runner’s singlet, race bib, baller band and finisher’s certificate.
The 21-K entry fee of P250 is inclusive of runner’s singlet, race bib, baller band and finisher’s medal.
Sai asaid the footrace, supported by Adidas, Motolite, C2 Green Tea and Gaisano Mall of Davao, will feature the three-kilometer kiddies run for 12 years old and below, 5K fun run, 10K run and the centerpiece 21-K run categories.
"It's all systems go for the event that expects over 1,000 entries from all over the region and other parts of Mindanao," Sai said.
