MetroLifestyle houses MetroLifestyle Fitness Center, Bahia Spa, Dermalife Facial and Slimming Center, Bo's Coffee, Krua Thai Authentic Thai Cuisine, Bigby's Caf‚ and Restaurant, HB1, Antonio's Bar and Grill, Pablo's Steaks and Crabs, Athena House of Beauty of Wellness, Optima Wellness, Finix Corporation showroom and a Corporate Center.

Bo's Coffee and Krua Thai are franchises from a Cebu-based chain of coffee shops and Thai restaurants while Bigby’s Caf‚ and Restaurant is also a franchise from Cagayan De Oro-based chain of restaurants. Antonio's and Pablo's are company-based in Davao and General Santos City.

MetroLifestyle's Corporate Center which is located at the Third Floor is now open for leasing with some major companies already signed up as tenants.

Installation of two units elevators with 12 person capacity are on going.

The Corporate Center is also equipped with back up 500kva generator set and two emergency fire exit stairs. Tenants will also have built in privileges like free access at the fitness center and major discounts in all establishments.

This year marks the fourth year of MetroLifestyle Complex and is getting better.

MetroLifestyle Fitness Center welcomes a new group exercise class named MetroMoves (Featuring Exotic Fitness and Bollywood) and a new group exercise instructor -- Cherie Diel Calamba who shall be teaching MetroFlex, MetroStrike and MetroBench.

Aside from martial arts like Muay Thai, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Bushido Kai Karate, the fitness center this year offers Capoeira Classes. PowerCycling classes will have a new type of class aside from Indoor, Cosmic and Keiser-based called CrossCycling.

CrossCycling, coached by two instructors is a high impact whole body exercise integrating weights, abs training and PowerCycling in one class.

Krua Thai this year launches the Krua Thai 2010 Food Galore wherein visitors will have a chance to enjoy daily treats. For Mondays, avail of unlimited refill if you order a platter of Thai plain rice.

Tuesdays is for 40's & above day as citizens in their 40's and above will enjoy a 25 percent discount on their total bill. Wednesday is Buy-one-take-one for the following thai noddle dishes- Thai or Chili Spaghetti, Chang Mai noodles and Thai Sotanghon. Enjoy free one round of Ice tea drink every Thursday.

Celebrate your birthday on a Friday or Saturday at Krua Thai and get 20 percent discount on your total bill, this day is called the Birthday Buzz. And Sunday is a free soup refill day wherein for any order of thai soup you will have to enjoy free refill (no meat included in the refill).
