The Crowning Glory

WITH a glam theme of the Roaring 20s, the Profcons (Professional Consultants) Salon Management Corporation celebrated its 23rd anniversary with a fabulous night of thanking its sponsors, supporters and loyal clients all through the years.
Behind this family-owned company is the brilliant matriarch Ms Evelyn Congson (backed by the quiet strength of the ever supportive husband Danilo Congson) whose smart concepts and keen business sense keep its outlets such as Hairs & Nails, Bodies & Faces Salon & Spa, Envy Me Salon & Spa and Expression Salon always leading in hair care trends and technology.

Held at Lantawan Hall of Royal Mandaya Hotel last July 30, the exclusive event was organized by Buddy Congson and hosted by sister Donna Congson.
Ms Evelyn's children are also both talented in their own rights and are gaining recognition as hair and makeup specialists while managing their own family salons and restaurants.
Currently, there are 10 branches across Mindanao -- three in Davao City (main), three in General Santos City, one in Koronadal City, Cagayan de Oro City, Iligan City, Tagum City and a franchise in the recently opened Panabo City branch.
The Congson family extended their gratitude to valued clients, suppliers and media friends who have helped the businesses grow in progress for 23 years in the industry.
Proudly Davao/Mindanao, a huge expansion is slated this September as construction will open on the 3rd floor of Robinsons Galleria in Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong. Branches will also open by November this year at Robinsons Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and Robinsons, Los Banos. By 2012 outlets will open in Robinsons Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Gaisano Digos and Gaisano Toril as well as in SM expansions soon in Davao and General Santos City.
After cocktails came the hair and makeup showcase participated by the following: Expression Iligan City, Hairs and Nails/Envy Me Salon, Envy Me Salon by Ada Dolosa, and the Bridal Showcase.
Decorations (chandeliers) and overall ambiance are courtesy of Noel Tanza and Marlon Pongcol of Golden Touch Events. Photos are provided by the budding photographer in the family, Brian Congson.
My personal thanks to Ms. Ada Dolosa (Envy Me Salon) and Ms. Evelyn Congson who for several years now, have been supporting me in my TV appearances and special events. I owe my fabulous hair care and crowning glory to them.
